Super disappointed, had an appointment at 11.10 and was called at 12.40 that too after noticing that patient who came after went before me, when asked doctor simply said I mistakenly clicked wrong one. No professionalism. Reception staff is good.
Waiting over 40 minutes for my GP appointment with no update. Just sitting here waiting to be called. Very frustrating.

Upon arrival, I found the facility to be extremely small, making it impossible to maintain adequate physical distancing — something that should be a basic requirement in any healthcare setting due to the risks involved, particularly for vulnerable patients.
