Awful to learn they are willing to cause the delay of a patients medical treatment by refusing a transfer of information all over a fee the patient can't afford. Fee should not be charged for the request of transfer of digital files. Completely heartless.

Wanting to charge for the release of my medical records. It's literally digital and will take no time at all. Can't afford the fee right now so we have to wait until I can pay for my own medical information so I can receive treatment after moving hours away.

Gave me one price over the phone. Got to my appointment and nurse didn't come in as booked. Said a doctor could help. Charged me $90 for 5 months dressing change after quoting me $25. Not ok to say one price charge another. Called serval other clinics they either bulk bill or don't charge. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

I had a disappointing experience at this medical centre. I booked the very first appointment on a Wednesday and still ended up waiting about 45 minutes before Dr Bandula even showed up. Honestly, I reckon if you can’t be on time for the first patient of the day, that says everything. What made it worse was that even after arriving, she didn’t seem in any rush at all casually having her coffee while patients were left waiting.
