19/03/25 I am a new patient and rang reception for a 45min consultation. I asked the lady for her name and straight away forgot but she was so lovely and helpful and helped me with my queries.Looking forward to being their patient as I have left my Dr at Drury after 38yrs so it was a hard decision
The doctors are amazing yes have though every time I go there the receptions have no customer service skills at all apart from one older lady with short Grey hair is lovely
Never answer the phone cant get results when asked for 800 buks later still can't contact me with results or book a appointment to see nurse ...... Scamers
Incredibly understanding & personal service. I recently had a GP appointment for my 6 week old baby as well as a nurse visit straight afterward. Easy enough, except my husband was away for work so I had my 2 preschoolers with me too. It was a 4pm appointment on a Friday! Both the Dr & the nurses were so supportive & helpful as I attempted to keep the older two in line who were bursting with energy & loud voices.
