I have been coming to this clinic for years. Dr. Tanovic is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He always listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes me feel at ease whenever I visit. The receptionist, Milli, is equally wonderful—friendly, organized, and always welcoming with a warm smile. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care!
This clinic loves it when its patients are sick and so does Medicare because it means more money for them. If you do not visit the clinic at least once a year, you are not eligible for rebates. I mean surely we should avoid going into the clinic when we can avoid it to stop the spread of covid right? Amazingly, this clinic doesn't care about that and no exceptions are made for patients on a disability pension are forced to cough up $78 for a 5 minute phone call. Take your health care needs elsewhere.

Dr Tanovic was great! The most kind and caring doctor. They are compassionate and take their time. Very thorough and kind.
Unfortunately this practice is more focused on their billing and accounts instead of patient care. Often you tend to wait more than 30 mins or more for each and every appointment, even the early time slots, and often more than 1 hour waiting time. When you are seen the doctors dont seem to investigate the issue at hand in a thorough manner, although they charge you for it.
