Rude, inefficient and not accountable. This plumber came highly recommended, however he let us down badly and left us with more problems than we originally had. He arrived with dirty hands and left greasy marks everywhere he worked. Removed and did not replace an anti hammer washer, leaving us with a terrible case of pipe hammer and hot taps that we couldn’t regulate, resulting in us being scalded in the shower.
