I cannot believe there could be a least responsive organization than Mount Lebanon Cemetery. I purchased a grave marker for my sister in June 2022 and upon checking on the delivery was advised the marker was ordered in late July (probably waited for the check to clear). Have contacted them several times and was told everything is late due to Covid shutdowns.
