After trying sessions with various psychologists and other practitioners, I always found the conversation flow awkward and rigid-they seemed to follow a set template rather than tailoring the session to the individual. Highly recommend Tiffany Ha as a therapist and counsellor. I’ve been seeing her for a year and found her extremely helpful in navigating a difficult period in my life.
