Dr Feldan is a very caring individual who spends the necessary time with each patient to better understand and address their health issues. He is also proactive in promoting better health with each of his patients to prevent such issues in the future. I would highly recommend Dr Feldan.
the woman at the front desk, shauna i want to say her name was? was kind of rude. i called in an attempt to make an appointment as a new patient and she told me they’re not accepting new patients, all well and good, however she had an attitude when i asked if there was any estimate on when they would be accepting new patients again. at the end of the conversation i said thank you and have a nice day and she just hung up. not meant to be in customer service i presume.
Dr. Goldstein had gone over my records and issues before I arrived, and so we were able to discuss all my concerns right away. He responded to my questions and offered solutions that I will follow, and he examined me to check my condition. He is empathetic and knowledgeable, two vital attributes for a internist/geriatrician.
