No compassion, out for a quick buck in every situation. They dont care about the well being of animals. They have gotten away from the reason you work in vet med for complete greed. Run in the opposite direction to North Star An employee once told me a few years ago that they have competitions of who can rack up the highest estimates for clients. I won't out the name of the person but she was more than proud to tell me about it.
I just deleted my review I was upset and did not mean to get anyone in trouble. The vet and staff did a great job with Moxley and she is doing good. Once again I am sorry for my last review.
There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for MLAH, Dr Enders and his team! Our pup, Vita Marie, was having eye symptoms that were difficult to diagnose at her primary vet. Turns out she had an ectopic cilia which Dr Enders quickly diagnosed and immediately came up with a treatment plan. Vita needed a procedure under anesthesia to remove the ectopic cilia. If I could give the hospital 20 stars, I would. I had an emergency with my cat Smushkins. He ended up having a urinary blockage and was in for four days. Dr. Kelly diagnosed and admitted him. He’s very wonderful. They unblocked him and kept him there. They called me twice a day, plus text updates. All of the staff including the nurses Rachel and Sarah and more were just lovely!
