Most of the staff was amazing & helped us when we had to suddenly help our dog cross the rainbow bridge. The vet we dealt with however seemed less than empathetic. Our dog came in with a probable hemangiosarcima and we were faced with either going through with surgery to only get a short amount of time longer, or saying our goodbyes. When talking through this with us, even seeing how distraught we were, she never once said “I know this is hard for you”, “I’m sorry you have to make this decision” or offer any sort of comfort.... read more
