I had to put my one dog down on 8/2, we were there last week, Dr. Sweigard gave us meds to see if it would help, but we ended up bringing him back, he was so uncomfortable, he was 16, anyway, they put us in a room, everyone was so kind, we were there the whole time. They didnt rush us, ER doctor was great. Dr. Sweigard was out of town and sent in a vet technician Kortney to check on us, Love the doctors and vet technicians here.
Brought my Bella here on Tuesday when she all of a sudden was not able to stand. I was absolutely distraught and feared the worst. Everyone was so kind they got Bella in immediately and examined her while I was able to easily check in from my phone. If you ever have an emergency this is the place to go! Thankfully Bella is ok.
We have been here twice for our 15 year old Shiba and both experiences were a disappointment. Most notably was this past week when we had to say goodbye to our girl. We arrived around 11:45pm on Saturday night and they took her back immediately. We proceeded to wait over 2 hours with no updates. They finally took us back to a room and the vet tech who brought us back said she was okay and on pain meds and just hurt her back like our first visit 7 months prior.
