In June 2025, my family brought our beloved dog, Dexter (14 years old, mini poodle/bichon frise/pug mix), to Mt. Laurel Animal Hospital. He had vomited several times, and we were worried. After waiting for over five hours, Dr. Recklehoff told us Dexter was a chronic diabetic in diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), despite having normal blood sugar levels just weeks prior and no recent weight loss. Big LET DOWN☹️ My rabbit was not eating. My Vet told me to go to Emergency Room vet because rabbits need to eat throughout the day and if they are not it could be life or death situation. Called two different times, was on hold for 5 mins each time before getting a live person. I left a voicemail second time and did not get a call back until 55 minutes later. I told receptionist I just pulled into North Star Vet in Robbinsville. Such a disappointment

Dr. Enders, Dananya, and staff have been OUTSTANDING. The professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive staff have been exceptional. Dr Enders performed surgery on our 5-month-old Great Dane puppy, LoveBug (LB), and so far, so goooood! Thanks

I just spoke to James from the Exotics team and he consulted with his colleague to help with refills on her special liquid food, and medication. He, too was incredibly kind, compassionate, and friendly, making me feel listened to and suppo... read more
