If you have an emergency between 8am-8pm Saturday-Sunday please take your animal to “EPIC veterinary urgent care” in cherry hill instead of this place if possible. If the emergency is in the middle of the night you don’t have a choice obviously and mount laurel will help you but they are extremely overpriced compared to epic urgent care and epic will get the job done without trying to run your bill up and keep your animal for days and then still not have them treated which is what happened to us. after spending 3k at mount l... read more
This veterinary office provided an absolutely appalling experience. The girl at the pharmacy counter was rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. This is beyond unacceptable—especially when it concerns the health of a pet. We are taking our pet elsewhere and have already told people to stay away from this place at all costs. I would never, under any circumstances, trust my pets with these people. Management needs to fix this immediately.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this veterinary office, and the pharmacy. For days, no one was answering the main phone line. When I finally got through, they told us it would take a week to fill a simple prescription for ONE PILL. After waiting that entire week, and after our puppy was late on her medication, we arrived to pick it up only to learn that the medication had never been filled. Last night was the worst night of my life and if it wasn’t for the amazing staff at Mt. Laurel animal hospital, I wouldn’t have made it through. After owning multiple dogs over the years, this is the first time my family has ever had to put a dog down so I really wasn’t sure what to expect. After calling multiple places, we finally got in touch with Mt. Laurel and they said to bring her in straight away and she’d be top priority. Mount Laurel Animal Hospital was absolutely wonderful when I had to rush my dog there at 5:00am. My husband and I arrived around 6 and we were sat in the back with a technician right away. It was a long day we were there for 12 hours, which is understandable being a 24/7 animal hospital. The care my dog received along with the care my husband and I did was wonderful.
