I think it's pretty poor patient care that the Urgent Care office in Rhinebeck is supposed to be open until 7pm for walk ins but the stop taking patients before 6pm because "they are backed up." And the Kingston Urgent Care office did not answer the phone when the Rhinebeck Office called to see if they could take me nor did they answer when I called.
