The new "MyChart" portal doesn't allow you to schedule a radiology appointment for the Mt Kisco location, even when entering the specific zip code for Mt Kisco. In addition, if you already have a radiology appointment and need to schedule another radiology appointment for something unrelated to the first one, you can't do it.
Horrible service! Messed up appt , a week later no results, on hold forever, waiting weeks for appt! Go somewhere else!
Today November 27 2023, on the phone literally 45 minutes just to make an appointment… they are so bad to the point you can’t even make an appointment disgusting 🤮
