my recent experienceI would never recommend anyone go there. Even if you have a warranty on your vehicle, they will still find an excuse to charge you a lot, even if your vehicle is covered under warranty.
Once you buy the car, it’s over. Sales and service do not talk to each other. I asked for one thing to be done to the car before it was picked up and it was not. Spent about 2 hours of time getting it done on delivery. Then, a check engine light comes on. Did they fix it, sure, but come to pick it up and the SD card fails. I’m told no one checks that. I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews unless I feel disrespected and/or dismissed. I've had 2 interactions with Dennis Packes where I felt didn't go well. The 1st, I left an honest review on a questionnaire I received from Cadillac, and Dennis called back trying to right his wrong, which I respect and appreciate. Unfortunately, this last service is where I felt disrespected. I scheduled service on my 2020 Cadillac for an oil change, NYS inspection, and a sensor recall.
