My wife got there at 11AM........it’s after 5PM and I’m waiting outside. One star for the time it’s taking.
I have been going to this salon since July 2020 and have received excellent care to my hair and nails. She has been doing my hair cuts,color and highlighting as well as my mani/pedicures and eyebrow waxing with tinting.She uses top of the line products and the shop is very clean with all pandemic precautions being practiced to ensure client safety and well being. I highly recommend this business. The prices are less than anywhere I have been.

DON’T Do It!!! Julie ruined my hair it’s dry, with a hint of green!!! First I got there at 9 am, I didn’t leave until 3:50. I wouldn’t have minded if my hair was even remotely close to what I’d ask. When I said something to her, she blamed my hair, told me that no one would’ve been able to get it like the picture, she also said she should’ve charged me more bc she used a lot of product. I’m standing there thinking wow!!! I’ve added photos of my request as well as a before and after.
Im from west virginia. Every 6 months i go to this mount juliet salon to get my hair done. They are the best salon that i ever went! Staff are real nice, very friendly. And their prices is very reasonable. Clean salon. Julie always did a very good job on my hair. Love it all the time. Will def recommend!
