Today I rang spares for my Mazda BT50 and spoke to Kat. Need to organise wheel studs and rim. She organised all the parts and arranged Express delivery to Cloncurry same day. Unbelievable service thanks soooo much Kat for your help and excellent customer service. Cheers Peter H

Their knowledge, willingness to help and efficiency had us back on the road with minimal loss of time. Thankyou again, we really appreciated the service we received today.
My BT50 needed its 30,000 service as we caravanned through town the Anzac week 2025. The service was done and a warranty issue emerged which had to be fixed before we could move on to the NT. Tina and Chris helped us out enormously with managing the work, liaising directly with Mazda and supplied a car for us to use whilst ours was out of commission. I highly recommend Mazda Service Department Mt Isa. Especially Tina and Chris.
Visited today to look at a new car. Chris met us in the car display yard and explained the options available with each vehicle. During past unpleasant dealings with some car salespersons Chris has got to be the best and nicest salesman we have encountered. He was genuinely interested in what we were looking for and offered a comprehensive insight to the vehicles that interested us.
Shout out to Chris at Mount Isa Malouf Mazda today for his help and diagnosis of a overheating issue in transmission in a BT50 whilst towing.As a tourist travelling thru,they made room and time to look at issue,put the scanner on it,check over engine components,find out the best option to take,and overall showed genuine interest in helping me.Thankyou,highly recommend this business.
