A big shout out to Regan!!! The Pharmacist at Mount Ida IDA Pharmacy, in Salmon Arm. He is top notch!! His knowledge and easy going attitude made it a pleasure to have him help me today. From making an appointment with a tele-physician, to getting my prescription filled. Everything went flawless.

It was wonderful to talk to a doctor without going and standing in line first thing in the morning hoping you get chosen for a spot with what ever doctor is available. I just talked briefly with a very friendly and thorough doctor and got my prescription filled without any hassle. Very smart change for a change!
Been going here for over 10 years and even though there have been renovations, its a small drugstore but busy and it's been my experience that I never wait very long for my medication. It's also a good idea to phone in ahead of you can. The staff are very personable as well as knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain in detail the medication you are about to start taking.
