I really appreciate Dr Heunis. He is a true gentleman and a doctor who listens.
Making walk-in patients wait outside is shameful. People who are in need of medical care should be treated with the same respect as the staff expects. "Do no harm" huh. And now THEY ARE NO LONGER A WALK-IN CLINIC. I guess helping people is no longer what they want to do.
Like any walk in, there was a wait, but the staff and the physician were absolutely lovely. Even just the banter between the staff and clients showed the genuine care and compassion from the staff. The physician took his time reviewing my symptoms and assessing my health. Overall, a great clinic.
I had my confenditialty broken there not once, but twice. I've also had some pretty awful experiences with some of the doctors there as well.
