Rudest reception staff I’ve ever encountered.
I have come here for years and while I do like the new practice I have also noticed Jessica, one of the receptionists, hasn’t been at my last few visits. My husband noticed too so I hope she hasn’t left I think she’s the heart of the place.
Highly recommend! Dr Leo is incredibly thorough and attentive. The blonde receptionist who’s been there for years is always so welcoming, professional, and helpful she really brings warmth to the place. The rest of the front desk team is fantastic too, particularly friendly receptionist today too! Well done, Mount Hutton Medical—big thumbs up!
I was going here for ages and seeing a gp that knew all about me and my rare condition and just because I missed one appointment, which I honestly would not have done without good reason, as it’s just not my character to intentionally miss an appointment and not call in advance. Despite this they still expect me to pay $100 for ONE missed appointment. This is absolute robbery and I find it disgusting and outrageous. This doctors are so good to my elderly parents, it is why they won't go anywhere else! The supervisor is so welcoming and friendly, the doctor is well knowledgeable and the team are kind and good to their patients! Thank you for taking such good care of your patients it does make a difference when I live so far away and I was grateful to see first hand today such a positive experience. Keep up the great work 👍
