A shame to write this as I actually liked seeing Dr Thomas Cassidy at this centre however the reception staff Julie/Julia has ruined this. A phone call regarding a missed appointment, and they cancelled my appt when I told them I rescheduled through the app (didn’t receive a phone call on the day of the first appt even to say it was missed) tried charging me the fee and when advised that’s okay I will just change medical centre Julie/Julia straight hung up on my face. The most disappointing medical experience I’ve had. I went to Dr Leonel Valansi with ongoing physical symptoms and genuine concerns about my health. Instead of feeling listened to or having those symptoms properly investigated, I was initially pushed towards seeing a psychiatrist. That was incredibly dismissive and left me feeling like my physical symptoms were being written off rather than taken seriously. Terrible service the doctor can't get U out quick enough so they can jam another patient in every 8 mins and get paid then after a family members death I forgot to cancel an appointment and now they refuse to give my results of a test a very important test I had done until I pay $100 I can't get my results . The staff at the counter are in the wrong job they are rude and arrogant and refuse to listen rather they just talk over you and say oh well to bad . Never going back it's a circus run by the clowns
