You can not contact the doctor as the admin/ secretary turns on the answering machine way before 4:30pm. Favouritism top end. Specific patients are being looked after only. No calls or emails returned. Overcharged. One of the worst family practices of the area. It’s a big NO for sure.
bad communication .. no calls returned - emails. 7 months to fill in a 8 page document legally he has too do as my fathers health declines ... medical assessment .... but he has my mother doing sections of it he has not filled out repeatably and thinks my oldman is fine and moblie etc ..fails to read discharge letters addressed to him .. fails to listen ... fails to understand the difference between continent and incontinent..fails to open his eyes and do his job .. after he finally filled the form in , full of errors that h... read more
