My son came downe with a bad ear ache/infection and the medical team took great care of him so he was able to enjoy a few hours at the snow. Greatly appreciated. Thanks again Matt & doctors.
Spoke with an admin person by the name of Karen who is extremely rude, unprofessional and short. Seemingly had no care in trying to assist. Her lack of competency was turned into frustration which she took out on both my carer and I on different occasions.
The staff at Mt Hotham Medical Centre are amazing, big thanks to Nurse Jen and Dr Gerry McKegue for looking after our son today who broke his wrist. Very quick and the very best care we’ve experienced anywhere. Thanks again.

What a great facility and service to have on mountain. Karen and Dr Russell were so friendly, helpful and thorough when helping my daughter with a sprained wrist.
