Cannot say enough about how Mark from Ottisville Auto Body went out of his way to help me. Stranded on the highway after dark and he made sure I was taken care of. Not only did he tow my car to my home - even though the insurance charged extra $ that did not up to him for some reason - he also sent out my damaged rim for repair and put on the new tire when it came back. He runs his business through hard work and pure honesty. I’ve already scheduled to do more business with him.

My friend and I broke down halfway through our road trip and Mark and Dylan were sent through my insurance to tow my car. Turns out we just had something jammed in our shift, and we only knew this because of Mark and Dylan who took a look at the car before they took it away. They totally did not have to, but by doing so they 100% saved me from expensive bullshit charges at a corporate auto shop. And they wouldn’t even take a $10 bill for it. These guys are honest, kind, and go out of their way to help.

Mark at Mt Hope Auto Body did an amazing job fixing my Veloster after it got hit. From the beginning he was professional, honest, and really easy to work with. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. When I got my car back it looked like nothing had ever happened.
