My daughter had a tooth extraction just before Christmas, and the older guy that did it made her feel super comfortable which made her dental experience with them extremely good! She did not feel a thing and is not scared to go back!
Only thing is that they keep you waiting on the phone to complete their own notes which they could of done after ending the call.
