I am writing to raise a concern about my phone interaction with a staff member named Fiona this morning regarding my appointment. During our conversation, Fiona repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish explaining my situation. When I attempted to address this, she began arguing with me. After I pointed out her behaviour, she raised her voice and asked, "What did I do to you?" in an unprofessional manner. Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had a blood test done and waited three weeks without receiving any results. Every time I called, I was told “doctor Arash hasn’t checked his emails yet.” No sense of urgency, no apology — just “that’s our process.” I ended up having to see another doctor and repeat the test elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this medical centre and cannot recommend it to anyone who values timely and responsible healthcare.

Excellent dr and reception, been a patient of dr Arash for more than 10 years and will be for as long as I live. The best dr in Perth by far, knowledgeable , kind, with thorough exams and follow ups. Thank you for all the help and guidance through the years, you are very much appreciated

I have been to this clinic for a number of years, trialing a number of drs for a number of common women’s and children’s issues and I am confident in saying that 1. This clinic is in the business of making money to a point where it has taken priority over providing a public health service. 2. Pedalling of products is rampant despite requesting discussion of alternatives. 3. The female drs in particular treated me with absolute disregard and contempt. Do not go here.
