The grumpiest most unpleasant service I have ever experienced and that is saying something. I came in with my daughter a few weeks ago and the owner was shockingly rude and the staff were not much better. It was as if asking a simple question about my mower was a personal insult. No eye contact no manners and certainly no interest in actually helping. I do not know how this place is still in business with attitudes like that. Can't recommend this business.i picked up a mower for a friend and was charged $25. for giving a quote of $269 for a service which she thought was overpriced and did not want to spend that amount but would rather put the money towards a new one. Was told 25 would be refunded on buying a new mower.
Terrible customer service
Very knowledgeable staff, purchased some spare parts for my old mower. I will be back.
The service is always great, and they really go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. It's no wonder they've been open for 40+ years – their dedication to quality and customer care shines through. Highly recommend!
