Worst service ever, I had to enlist the services of Fair Trading to get a refund for a part they couldn’t not supply.
NEVER GET YOUR MOWER FIXED HERE!!!I put my mower in 4 weeks ago for a carburettor flush only. Was told it will be 4 weeks. I was given a quote that I was satisfied with and asked them to proceed. HOWEVER they call me to collect my mower 3 weeks later, earlier than quoted completion time and tell me that if I don’t get it this week they will charge me storage fees (nowhere in the terms and conditions). Horrified, I go to collect my mower to find they have done further works - without my consent!!!- and the price is a lot more... read more
