I called Brian and explained mom's situation. Unable to turn off water in bath tub. He said he was booked solid; then asked if she was on well water or city water. City, of course. He said he would fit us in. He called after his last job, came over promptly and fixed the problem for us. He found another problem and we have him scheduled to come back to fix it. We were 2-1/2 hours from home at jelly stone camp ground .. my rv hot water tank line broke .. I called Brian and he came out same day and fixed it at a good price .. top notch company thank you ..Brian was very friendly and professional
