Worst experience ever useless doctor made me feel like I was a drug addict! immediately thinking I was there for opiods he should be ashamed of himself. Do not go here !
Went it to see a doctor today on advice from a local pharmacist. Have a knee injury that happened when knee seized a week prior and is very swollen and my knee cap is noticeably not sitting in the right spot. As soon as I walked into the doctors office I got a strange look from him. I guess he has something against people with tattoos. He then told me my knee wasn't swollen and there's no infection and is arthritis obviously he didn't not want ro deal with me. Absolutely disgusting service from a so called professional. Receptionist had to book in myself and my son. Gave me back Medicare card and then I said you’ve done both appointments ? No he says - have to do one at a time. Ok will then why give me back my Medicare card? Bizarre. Dr wasn’t helpful. Didn’t give us medication we needed or sick certificate. Had to complain to practice manager to get them. No apologies . Very rudely treated after 2 hour wait. Very disappointing
Shouldn't be called Urgent Care Clinic. Nothing urgent about it. Very slow service to sitting there for hours on end. Better off calling doctors online.
