Had never been here before but was absolutely amazed at the efficiency, couldn't recommend highly enough. A great service for Mount Gambier.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I could not fault the service of urgent care clinic. Everyone was caring, took the time to listen, there were quite a few people waiting and I was seen within 1 hour which I was not expecting. An absolute exceptional service and a great thing for the community
Went to the Hawkins urgent care (new owners) and service was beyond good, staff were understanding, helpful and calming. Wait wasn’t long and doctor took the time to discuss without delaying was an efficient, down to earth and informative consult - was in and out quick but fully informed. Highly recommend due to staff and organisation.
Very clean, all new, staff were amazing. Wait time was short. The covering doctor Andrew M was caring, listened, very professional...bravo urgent care
Really great staff; receptionist, nurses and doctor. Wait time was short and there are 3 big waiting area, so enough space to keep away from any virus carriers. All staff were caring and professional and the clinic is clean, modern and well set out. Much better experience and should free up Emergency Dept for the more life threatening health issues.
