The wait is long but I don't mind, it's quicker than the hospital for minor emergencies, the staff are more attentive and show more care. Even when understaffed and busy they take care of every patient here making sure everyone is comfortable as possible. I really appreciate the staff here.
After calling everywhere for an appointment with a very sick little one, I walked into the Urgent care for help. Thank you for helping me. Being friendly and patient. Everything from start to finish was a very positive experience. Thank you.
Went to the care clinic at 5:10 today. Had to stand around waiting for the nurse who then came out and told me they’ve stopped taking patients for the day. They don’t close until 6pm. This is not helpful for the people who work a 9-5 job. Would not recommend.
