Dropped my Nps truck off to get a general service and asked them check over some work done by a previous mechanic (with suspicion dodgey work was carried out), sure enough come to find out that $4300 worth of parts and labour was completely ruined just 450km after leaving the previous mechanic work shop. We are travelling around Australia and the engine light came on. Just outside of Berri SA. We tried 3 mechanics who were very helpful but no luck. We contacted Isuzu in Mt Gambier and got onto Michelle who works in the warranty section and she was absolutely fantastic. She understood exactly what our issue was and had a solution and we got it done under warranty potentially saving us over $1000.
