The service at this doctors is almost non-existent and it's pointless trying. Either you get so ill you got to A&E or you'll recover naturally. You cannot book online because "they're overloaded". Appointments are only released bit by bit on the day. When you phone at 8am you'll end up in a queue of 20-30 people, then if you get through, no appointments left. It's abysmal. Year after year of the tax burden going up and the service just gets worse.
Dr Allen called me to sort out my husband's new medication which he had ran out of - she dealt with my request promptly and efficiently and the medication was waiting for me at the pharmacy as promised - great service - many thanks
Absolute disgrace of a doctor's surgery I can never get an appointment even with multiple long term health issues just get an automated response telling me to ring 111 or 999 I understand they only have x amount of appointments available so why if they are so stretched to the point of refusing appointments to be made are they still taking on new patients at this point I believe it's more about the practice finances then patients care. I can't even get in with another doctors it's an absolute joke
It takes over 3 minutes to get through to talk to someone. I had an appointment in April and was told to keep on ""taking the pain killers and roll back my worry" . Intact I had an infection which could have gone into my brain and luckily the next day was seen by a Dr in A and E who finally listened and took my pain seriously and gave me antibiotics.
