Upon finally securing an appointment for myself after months of attempts, I was barely listened to, and shooed out of the room with instructions to lower my stress (quite hard to do with PTSD) because there was nothing my issues could be directly attributed to. Mercifully the receptionist was far kinder to me, listened carefully and made me feel valued as a human. Her manner was outstanding. Best surgery in town! staff are always very friendly and efficient. They always try their hardest to help you where possible and can’t thank them enough for that.
Attentive, courteous Receptionists who show patience and good humour. Highly efficient doctors who refer you to specialist care where needed . They run a highly efficient team and nurses and doctors run a very good triage care. I highly recommend this practice .
