Been coming here with my pets since I moved to Mt Evelyn recently. Can't fault the care and kindness from all the staff. Everyone is so lovely and really put your pets needs as a top priotity. My cats get very stressed out at vet visits normally but have been able to come here for exams with limited stress which makes it so much easier for all of us. Love that there are dedicated cat waiting cubes and consult room. Thank you to all of the staff :)
A big BIG thanks to the team for saving our wee lamb Lawrence this week after a terrible accident involving a horse's hoof! Can't thank Dr Hannah enough for her immediate expert treatment and gentle support... Also thanks to Dr Sheree and Nurse Alison for your involvement too - and any other staff members involved in saving our sweet boy's life. He's doing super well now thanks to you all.
I've been coming here for many years and realised that I've never a review. That's a bit poor on my part. Sorry. We've been frequent fliers over the past couple of years. My dogs have always been happy to come. All of the staff are great. If I were a dog I'd choose to come here myself. Even when we have had hard decisions to make, the staff have shown great empathy and neve push you into a decision. Wonderful grooming experience! They did an amazing job with our Border Collie, Shiloh, she looked beautiful and well cared for. Highly recommend!
