if i could rate this place negative stars i would. disgusting customer service, booked on booking.com. was told check in was at 7am and no one was there or answering phones until 11am. so was waiting around for 4 hours. when we finally spoke to someone he told us we didn’t have a booking, even though i showed the proof of a booking on my phone, and then said if we wanted a room we have to pay DOUBLE the amount on the original booking. we had booked the motel MONTHS in advance. the guy worker was horrible, nasty attitude and ... read more

Found cobwebs on Windows and behind the bedside tables. More detailing needed. Very handy place to stay. Nice hot showers. Great walk through the town. Meals available and bottle shop. Would stay again if cleaner.
