Highly recommend the Incontinence Clinic. I’ve been using the home service for urology treatment for a few visits now. I’ve met two lovely incontinence nurses who have both been kind, informative and professional. Both nurses Lily and Joanne have been so supportive, knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t put up with a leaky bladder, get assistance.

The reception staff at Mt Druitt Community Health Centre were extremely rude and clearly need more training. In very simple English, I asked, “I’m not one of the staff, but may I please have help finding the staff room to make a coffee?” The receptionist pretended not to understand me and even mimicked my face. I tried again: “Sir, I just want to make a coffee. Can I use the staff room? I’m here for a meeting. If not, that’s fine — I can go to Westfield.” Again, he pretended not to understand. I have been going here for a number of years for the wound clinic. What a fantastic bunch of people from reception through to wound care nurses and chronic care nurses, most professional, caring and compassionate people ihave dealt with alot of health worker could learn a thing or two from them

Podiatry is near impossible to contact. No one is ever there to answer the phone, machine asks you to leave a message and they never call you back. We've been trying to reschedule an appointment for just over a week now. We've even gone in person to reschedule the appointment and were given a number to call instead, but what would you know? NO ANSWER!
