Good job with nail service , but customer service is poor. I dealt with it for awhile because I like the outcome of my nail, but it’s not worth it.
Told I had come an hour early. No worries. I wrote down the time when I called. Told me to use someone else. No. Im fine. He said he booked me an hour later. An hour later he had two women tried to rush my pedicure.. he hadnt booked me...would not talk about my nails as I'd asked. Losey experience. Made me feel awful.
Best nail salon in Mt Dora. Danny is awesome and the girl who did my last pedicure literally saved me from needing to see a podiatrist. I have on going ingrown nail issues due to an injury to my toenail. The girl looked at my toe and new exactly how to fix it. She spent probably 10 minutes on that one toe. I left with no pain whatsoever, she literally cured my nail issues. I never expected that and almost skipped the pedicure because of my nail problem. I want to give a huge shout out to Tina she is the absolute sweetest! She always takes good care of me! Yesterday, I brought my grandma in from out of town to get her a mani pedi before she heads back home. It was definitely later than usual and she was so kind to fit her in. I really really appreciate that!!
