I have my first ever shock wave treatment at this physio office with Sheila Macaspac. She is a very nice and capable person who gave me the shockwave treatment. I was impressed with her ability to work my nerves and pains. I wasn’t scared of the treatment with Sheila’s help! So I am coming back!

My doctor was Dr.Edwin Wu I actually liked him but the receptionists are the worst, rude, incompetent, always in a bad mood, I called on August 29th to make an appointment, whoever answered me always spoke with two stones in his hands, at the end he said ok and hung up the phone until Today no one called me September5 I called today to find out what was going on, they told me that I didn't have any appointments made. for this clinic it's over

I used to go to this clinic when they first opened up and most of the time they were closed whenever I needed the help so I used to have to go to walk in clinics, they told me to stop doing that and come to them instead because when I go to a walk in clinic it charges them 🤷‍♀️ idek I ended up still having to go to a different clinic whenever I needed the help and this clinic stopped taking me saying I owed them money for the walk in clinic visits…… how was that on me?
