My doctor is amazing but the receptionists need to be fired. I’ve been on hold for an hour now. Every time I try to make an appointment it’s the same thing. Last time I went into my local walk in clinic you guys took me off your list. Please do something cause I really don’t want to switch family doctors
The doctors at this clinic are good, kind and professional , but the front desk staff really bring the experience down. They’re disorganized, rude, and don’t seem to understand basic customer care. The clinic needs to improve its reception service.
I've been a patient here since I was born(21 years) and safe to say their service hasn't gotten any better and most likely won't. Don't get me wrong, it's convenient and the doctors are kind but the receptionists make me question why I still keep going here. The countless times they've made mistakes on my appointments, hung up my calls, ignored my attempts to contact them, and just the air of hostility is disappointing. I have been a patient since they first opened!! My two children and myself" So all three of us are patients here. My doctor is usually a very caring compassionate And understanding , quick to help with any health concern.. Although the doctor has a backup because she is away on holiday, I am very disappointed on how I was treated today!
