My first phone call to this centre. Person answering the phone made me wait 4 minutes while she typed out an email (I was not on hold) then made me feel very unwelcome when she was free to talk to me. I asked if she was ok, she just repeated “how can I help you”.
This is a family practice in every sense of the word. When Dr Quinlivan sees a patient, that patient is her sole focus. There is no sense of being rushed in and out as reportedly happens in some of the bells and whistles medical centres. If you want to be in and out in five minutes, this may not be the practice for you. Dr Quinlivan is highly knowledgeable, competent and human. Likewise, Anne, the regular receptionist is professional, competent and I have always found her to be engaging without engaging in idle chatter.
So happy to have this place as my local GP, Rosemary is so wonderfully caring and generous with her time.
