I made an appointment to be seen as a new patient. After filling out all of the online forms, I received a call from the receptionist shortly after to say that since I wasn't established, I needed to call my previous provider to schedule. When I explained that I was looking for a new provider, she repeated that I needed to call my PCP, then she hung up. Many of my coworkers recommended this office. I was very put off with her bedside manner or lack there of.

The worst place to go to!! I saw Dr.Fleshamn and Dr.Van Frossen. I was very unsatisfied with both of my visits. I got charged so much money for visits that were less than 15 mins and charges for so much unnecessary testing. These people look at patients as dollar signs, so if you are self pay... think again before coming here. I am in enormous debt and I feel cheated and used. I haven’t had any issues with them until more recently. First of all, both of my primary care physicians quit apparently and they didn’t tell me at all. I tried to find another one multiple times but every time I look for one, there’s not an office or appointment available within 100 miles of me. I have no clue what that’s about. Everything has gotten so weird.
