AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! Constant scheduling conflicts will cause the doctor to cancel your appointments last minute leaving you months without a medication adjustment. Apathetic office staff will laugh at your concerns on the phone then transfer you to the office manager who is extremely rude and dismissive. I can't believe I wasted five years being seen by these people. My best move was to move elsewhere. The waiting list for OSU is very long but worth it.
Husband has a mental illness but tells me his psychiatrist here canceled on him four times citing “scheduling issues.” Now I can see that being an acceptable excuse once or twice but after that it is a pattern. Mount Carmel failed to treat my husband and it disturbs me that medical professionals can be so disorganized and callous.
