Our NIGHTMARE started December 2024. The first morning, our mom called me crying at 11:20am and said nobody got her out of bed, no meds, no breakfast. I called and talked to the front desk who got me in touch with the social worker. When we inquired about the reason she was still in bed at 11:20am, we were told, “We didn’t know her preference.”!We heard this statement many times during her stay. I can't say enough about how wonderful Mt. Carmel rehabilitation is. My mom is on her 4th stay for rehab at Mt. Carmel. Every staff member we have encountered is so kind and caring. The staff makes a point of reaching out to the residents, and they all are smiling! I will say the 1st floor is the best for rehab; there is more activity and way more sunshine than the ground floor. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility, the customer service, the quality of the food and most importantly the care given by all of the staff. EVERYONE was wonderful!! We could not have asked for better care for our Mom. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for her and our family
Mt Carmel has gone above and beyond for my mom. The quality of care they are giving her is excellent. The customer service is great. They have addressed all of our needs in a short amount of time. The facility is clean and well kept, the food is good and the staff is very friendly and personable.
Them two in the laundry room is trash don't care about anything when you go and trying to talk to them they do not care special JC and Michelle about nothing
