Doctors aren't very nice
Wait wasn't long. Went in for whiplash and was only there for 1.5 hours. Tiffany the nurse was amazing and Dr. Zangmeister understood my pain and was very thorough when asking his questions
The only ER I go to and I refer my family to go there all the time. They are very fast and they really take care of you. I’m going to be soo sad if more people find out about this place and I can’t get to the back in 1 minute LOL
Going to this hospital is a real luck of the draw situation. Normally always quick to be seen but other thank that nothing else is consistent. I've been here a multiple times. Sometimes thw Drs are great and the nurses are great. Sometimes the doctors are some of the worst. Some people just shouldn't be in the medical field. If you have no compassion and a hard time following the scientific method go find a new profession because giving a lesser service and not doing anything for someone is straight up robbery in this situat... read more
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism at this emergency room. I waited over 3 hours despite the waiting area being nearly empty when I arrived. During that entire time, I watched multiple patients who came in after me get treated and leave before I was even updated properly. What makes the experience even worse is the complete lack of communication and urgency from the staff. When I finally asked what was taking so long, I was told they were “waiting on discharge paperwork.” That was over ... read more
