Doctors are ok but the office staff are the opposite of helpful
Very horrible customer service. The lady on the referral line operator as of this moment around 2:12pm spoke so condescending and I get that I kept asking her to repeat things for me but she does not to yell or sound aggressive with her voice over customers that are just simply having a hard time hearing or understanding her voice. I was dumbfounded after the call realizing how rude that lady was and how I just simply trued to be nice to her despite her being so mean. Not very nice, at all. Can’t even get an appointment, called said they didn’t get a referral , my doctor said they did , twice lady at this office was rude , mount Carmel screw me in their emergency room and their bad service still excist don’t go to mount Carmel , I almost died will never give them another chance as an medical orangizatiin again
