I booked my first appointment to see Dr. Onco and no one communicated to me that the ultrasound was not included. I confirmed with the scheduler I would be 8 weeks the day of my appointment but when I went in to meet the doctor she said we would need to make a separate appointment for the ultrasound. Thankfully they had openings that day but for this first appointment to be a 15 minute meeting with the doctor and does not include an ultrasound is unacceptable. Apparently the entire staff is condescending. Steer clear of this practice.
My wife has been going here for her pregnancy but they refuse to give u an ultrasound after your first trimester. She is curently 37 weeks and they said they have to have a medical reason in order for them to give her an ultrasound even though her insurance will pay for it. The only reason i am giving them 2 stars is because the nurses are nice.
I'm a patient of Dr Jaskot. He is wonderful and kind. His nurse Jessica is amazing. I reached out VIA email with concerns. She called the minute she recieved my email. She spent a lot of time on the phone educating me (I had fallen down the rabbit hole of Google and my stress was 10/10) She was patient and answered all my questions. She made me feel valued and cared for.
