Did not care for my experience with the ultrasound tech Cassidy. Very short and lacked warmth. No personality and made me feel uncomfortable. My sister had same experience with her when she was pregnant.
Do NOT come here. Dr Hanco was frustrated with me because I was trying to understand why she wouldn’t help me in a way I needed, especially because insurance will not cover what I need (and she definitely could have helped) so she offered to skip my pap even though my last one was abnormal. Her assistant was rude and the whole office was just a mess. No direction on what to do, where to sit. AVOID if you care about your health and future.
I’m shocked to see all the horrible reviews because of staff. I’ve had nothing but amazing encounters with every staff member at this office. I’ve been going here for years!
I started seeing dr hanco recently and the whole place is fantastic, communication incredibly easy you can message the dr or nurse on mychart anytime.i dont understand the other reviews claiming otherwise . Dr hanco is thorough and great !
I booked my first appointment to see Dr. Onco and no one communicated to me that the ultrasound was not included. I confirmed with the scheduler I would be 8 weeks the day of my appointment but when I went in to meet the doctor she said we would need to make a separate appointment for the ultrasound. Thankfully they had openings that day but for this first appointment to be a 15 minute meeting with the doctor and does not include an ultrasound is unacceptable.
