They changed my appointment time and said nothing a word to me. Then told me I got there early and that it was my fault. Mind you she nicely told another older woman that the doc was running late. But was talking negatively about me with her coworkers for what time my paperwork said to show up. 0/10 I do not recommend.

After going to multiple doctors and playing the ‘insurance games’ of let’s try this, and then this, etc., Dr. Hatef saw my MRI and knew how urgent my situation was, and responded accordingly. My right side was slowly becoming paralyzed—unable to walk and losing strength and muscle mass on the right side. The surgery was lengthy and complex to remove the benign meningioma tumor crushing my spinal cord. After surgery and physical therapy, I’m happy to say I’m back 100%.
