I hate to do this, but something needs to be said. My father had a stroke this week and had a follow-up with Melissa, the NP. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained things well, and I appreciated that. However, she didn’t not physically examine my father, but yet indicated on his after visit summary all these supposed things that she examined and that all were normal. I am just incredibly disappointed that my primary care provider sent a referral here almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a phone call about setting up an appointment. I have received multiple referrals to all different clinics and specialists in the last few months and this is by far the longest i’ve had to wait just to set up an appointment.

First visit seeing Dr. Longwell and so far the counter person "Sidney" is NOT helpful or friendly a good office wouldn't put up with her attitude so i dont expect Dr. Longwell will be any better than her, that's why the one star.
