Dr. Kalb is very kind and caring.
I have been coming here for 4 years to see Dr. Siddiqi. I never have a problem seeing someone when I need it, and check-in and wait times are completely reasonable. I send them emails and they always respond within a day or so. When my old insurance company could not reach a Contract agreement to keep this office “in network”, I went through the hassle of switching to another health insurance provider just to be able to continue coming here. I must’ve had at least 10 visits over the years, and yet to have a bad experience.
Came in to find out my appointment had been cancelled and when I asked if there was anyone else I could see as their entire office was completely empty and dealing with back pains. The lady in the front just shook her head and told me the next appointment is a week from now. Which makes no sense considering I made my appointment two days ago. I find it hard to imagine there isn’t a single doctor in that empty facility who could help me.
I set up a new patient appointment and got a confirmation email. I called to confirm insurance and was told my insurance was accepted and that I would just need to come in early to fill out new patient paperwork. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the doctor only does virtual appointments on that day and that I would have to reschedule. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for years. She has always listened patiently and carefully to me and any issues I may have had. Her explanations have always been cogent and comprehensible. I've always been impressed by her range of knowledge given my issues over the years.
