Rude staff! BRENDA specifically.
The office is very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Radcliffe is a very caring and thorough doctor. She spends time explaining things and lets the patient ask questions. She does everything possible to find answers to issues. Very good doctor. The office is convenient and has lab on site. The front desk used to have issues, but they have worked hard to fix them. Highly recommend.
I am seeking a new provider outside of the MCMG system because my experience at this office has been so terrible. They are in desperate need of new administrative staff. I am disappointed because Dr. Guo is an excellent physician, and the assistants/nurses have been great as well. They have insulted me for being on Medicaid in front of other patients (which I've reported to the state).
