I really wish I had read the reviews before going here. They're all so true and not nearly low enough. This place is outdated and out of touch. They want phone calls for everything, all of their staff is too old to text (with the rudeness to match) and oh you want to refill your prescription that helps your memory? Okay here, call this number, which rings for some stupid reason because no one picks up and what you have to do is leave a message, which you do after listening to a long message that states what you need to leave... read more

This place is absolutely awful. Can’t reach anyone to make an appointment. I don’t know who my doctor is. I always see the NP. There is absolutely no continuity of care. I messaged the NP who I was scheduled with at my last appointment and it takes him forever to get back to me. Don’t ever schedule an appointment with this place.
