About six weeks ago, somewhere between July 10 and 13, I had an appointment at the Emerald location. A woman named Casey was the receptionist who checked me in. On my way out, I felt comfortable enough with her to ask a completely unrelated question. I had been trying to help my son find healthcare and was running into one issue after another.
