Charging people with insurance $80 more than people without all just because they have to submit info. Got stuck with a $140 bill for a 15 minute visit. Such a rip off for mid quality care.
Service is too slow
Physicians at this practice seem to prefer to push drugs and get you out the door as quickly as possible.
Takes a month and a half to get in. They do not take time sensitive things like contagious infections serious. MCMG is just horrible in general but these people are by far the worst and don't care. Update: they are so stupid they just called to tell me my appointment with them has been cancelled....after I already cancelled with them jokers
Doctors don’t listen to you, after hours on-call staff obviously don’t care about any problems you report. They don’t pick up the phone during office hours. Garbage practice. Go elsewhere.
