Every visit im seen with care, understanding and professionalism. They not only take time to listen and check to make sure you're getting the care you need but they are very quick when trying to find solutions for your health. Very qualified health providers to make sure your visit is done right. Great job and very thankful I got to have them as my providers.
out of the two times that I’ve been there both times nothing was actually done to help me, had severe heart palpitations that made me pass out and I was just forced into a bed with an iv for 2 hours and the sent home. Second time I had hearing loss, pain, and bleeding in my ear and I was told they had prescribed an ear wax softener sent over to my pharmacy and they in fact did not. Would not come here again if immediate attention is needed. Blonde white lady at the front desk was extremely dismissive as well.
I really liked my physician when I first came to this location Adam Carey in 2023. Then he left the practice and I got transferred to a lady named Karen Hughes… She was horrible! Downplayed my symptoms and made me feel like I was complaining when bringing up legitimate pain and discomfort that I was worried about! I caught her rolling her eyes while I was explaining and that was the last straw for me. Glad she left the practice anyway because this lady’s attitude was giving DMV employee vibes from the 90s. quality of service has greatly gone down over the years. my current pcp downplays my symptoms, and has said "mine was worse" when I was talking to her about my issues. when my therapist faxed over paperwork asking for my pcp to contact her, they sent over my whole medical record instead which apparently is okay to do because my therapist is a medical specialist, and my pcp never contacted her in general. that was my last straw and I won't be coming back.
