If you are looking for a companionate, caring, empathetic, or helpful doctor… this is NOT the place, specifically Dr. Betkurer. It truly felt as though she had no interest in helping me or addressing any of my concerns. If you go in with a concern you will most likely leave here with no help and no answers. I literally was in the patient room crying after my interaction with her and she comes back in the room and says “you can go now.” I left here feeling defeated and uncared for.
After Dana houser left the office was thrown into Total chaos the entire staff was rude and prescriptions that needed filled were being ignored and when called into the office was told to go to urgent care or the emergency room. WTH happened at clime road. Looking for a new doctor because the doctor they gave me was very cold towards me.
