After passing through several specialists and medical groups by the grace of God around 10yrs ago when I had all but given up in the health industry period I found Dr Christina Chan, whom changed all of that. The phlebotomist that drew 7-8 tubes of blood yesterday was a pro. No veins, no problem. She was excellent!
Using the over-the-phone call messaging for my newly established doctor (after moving to the area) due to escalating symptoms - I called 3 times across 3 business days and received no call backs. After I called a 4th time through a different department, I was informed (at 2:30PM on a Friday) that there were no doctors available and that the director was at another site. With it being an upcoming holiday I would also need to wait at least another 4 days to possibly be contacted. Not a very good early impression for a new cust... read more
Crazy seeing the bad reviews I don’t know about other doctors but dr. Stoiliva(probably spelled that wrong) has always great , she’s understanding and direct , she’s a mother and she’s down to earth, not overly happy & bubbly but she does listen to your concerns. She’s the best primary care doctor In my opinion. I have anxiety, I am 10 years clean from pain pills. I don't know if this is a typical mt carmel experience, or if it's the location itself. When checking in I was asked what my religion was. I said none (which isnt even true I was just caught off guard by the question). I'm not sure if that was the reason I got treated so poorly during the rest of my visit, but it was a terrible experience.
