I wasn't asked for State I. D. & insurance card, as posted on the clip board leaning against the window. I wasn't told of the amount of time to remove the tape with the item to stop the blood flow. While waiting, I told the darker skinned person who worked there while she was calling a patient of a large mosquito & fly, She replied to me to kill it, wasn't my responsibility or proper procedure, it's the facilities responsibility. They're incredibly kind and quick, they treated all the patients there including me with care and made sure they felt okay as they got their blood drawn. I've hated having my blood drawn and going to labs but this experience made it soooo much better and less anxiety inducing
